We regret that the 2020 Twilight 5k has now been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Elite Race Prizes

1st Male and 1st Female

First man and first woman regardless of age category and based on finishing position in Elite race.

2nd Male and 2nd Female

Second man and second woman regardless of age category and based on finishing position in Elite race.

3rd Male and 3rd Female

Third man and third woman regardless of age category and based on finishing position in Elite race.

4th Male and 4th Female

Fourth man and fourth woman regardless of age category and based on finishing position in Elite race.

5th Male and 5th Female

Fifth man and fifth woman regardless of age category and based on finishing position in Elite race.

6th Male and 6th Female

Sixth man and Sixth woman regardless of age category and based on finishing position in Elite race.

Time Bonuses

Time bonuses are available in addition to cash prizes. Time bonuses are limited to the first 10 men and first 10 women who meet the qualifying times. The amount paid will be as follows:

Men

Under 14 mins £200

Under 14:30 mins £100

Under 15 mins £50

Women

Under 16 mins £200

Under 16:30 mins £100

Under 17 mins £50

Other Elite Race Prizes

1st place affiliated male and female teams (£300 per team)

1st Female Vet 35 £50

1st Male Vet 40 £50

All prizes are based on Gun Time. UK Athletics road races are competitive races – not time trials – therefore competition results, prizes and course records are awarded according to the order people cross the line not the elapsed chip time.
